What to expect
First, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the croft. You’ll discover where our food is grown and produced, and we may even pick up some ingredients along the way! Next, you’ll meet the Shetland chef, Akshay Borges and have the chance to learn
about his journey to Shetland, his passion for sustainable cooking, and the inspiration behind the dishes you’re about to enjoy. Sit down to the flavoursome feast Akshay has created just for you in the rustic setting of our kye byer. (Don’t worry, the cows won’t be joining you!)
